Salesforce builds

Salesforce built in code, explained in plain English

We speak your language and Salesforce's. Tell us what the business needs, and we build it in Apex and Lightning Web Components inside your own org, with no paid add-ons and no licence lock-in.

01Depth

One org. Small team. Very deep.

Our largest build is a complete Salesforce redesign for an accounting firm: custom payments, custom invoicing, document automation, and LWC dashboards, all in one org.

  • 0+

Custom objects in a single org

  • 0+

    Automations running in that org

  • 0+

Agreements generated and signed through it

  • 95%+

Less staff time on agreements, invoicing, payment, data collection, scheduling and tax filing, versus a typical semi-efficient manual process

02Two languages

What you say, and what we build

In bold: the problem the way an owner says it. Below it: the Salesforce work that fixes it.

  • 01We keep retyping the same information in three places. One source of truth: trigger-driven sync across objects, with an audit trail. Callouts and Platform Events to the systems outside Salesforce.
  • 02Someone has to remember to send the invoice every month.Scheduled and Batch Apex generate the invoices, email them, and attach a pay link. Nobody has to remember.
  • 03We can't see how the business is doing without building a report each time.Lightning Web Component dashboards: live filters, drill-down to records, role-based views, and joins across objects that standard reports cannot do.
  • 04Setting up a new client takes forever and we always forget something. An orchestration layer in Lightning Web Components backed by Apex service classes. One click creates the right opportunities and work for hundreds of different services.
  • 05People can see things they shouldn't, or can't see things they need.Permission sets and sharing design built around real job roles, not around whatever was easiest to click.
  • 06Agreements, e-signatures, and payment collection are all separate chores.Programmatic document generation from templates, e-signature callouts and webhooks, and payment-gated delivery: work unlocks only once the invoice is verified paid.

03Shipped

Systems running in production today

Built in a live enterprise org we run end to end. Each one replaced manual work or a paid package.

  • Flagship Platform

    Recurring Services Platform

A ground-up native Lightning platform that replaced PMT, a third-party managed package, and now runs every recurring engagement across roughly 400 clients: onboarding, delivery, mid-stream revisions, and off-boarding, fully automated. Services spawn a month ahead just in time, delivery locks until the invoice is verified paid, and a nightly self-healing job reconciles every client back to a canonical template.

~440 service hubs · 50+ services and 300+ work items on a single client

  • Data Integrity

    Account Team Sync System

Keeps client team assignments (account rep, tax rep, bookkeeper, coordinator) consistent across opportunities, projects, tasks, and cases. A trigger-driven same-account cascade runs on a role-to-service mapping matrix, with audited cross-account propagation and a read-only graph traversal of related entities so staff see the whole network before changing anything.

Apex trigger handlers · role-to-service matrix · full audit trail

  • Quote to Cash

Quote to Invoice to Recurring Billing

The firm's quote-to-cash pipeline, built natively. An interactive pricing calculator applies tiered rules (per-transaction bookkeeping fees, payroll tiers by headcount, certificate-based sales-tax tiers, auto-applied annual discounts), routes discounts for approval, generates invoices that enforce minimums and per-state lines, and runs recurring monthly billing on a scheduled batch.

LWC pricing calculator · tiered rules · scheduled recurring invoicing

  • Document Automation

    Document Generation + eSignature Pipeline

Generates legal agreements from Word templates and runs them through TitanSign for electronic signature, end to end. Programmatic DOCX assembly with merge fields, lookups, formulas, and dynamic repeating tables; smart signer resolution by contact role; signed PDFs returned and attached to the record automatically; and reply routing back to the staff member who sent it.

3,200+ agreements generated and signed through it

  • Document Automation

    Branded Deliverable & Report Generators

Self-serve, wizard-driven builders that produce branded client PDFs and feed straight into the eSign pipeline. A four-step sales-tax report wizard pulls live ZIP-level rates and handles exemptions and per-state discounts; payroll-register, contractor-payment, and other generators add completion-email automation and a full versioned send-audit.

Wizard UX · live rate lookups · versioned send-audit

  • Integration

    Google Calendar Scheduling System

A full client-appointment platform integrated with Google Calendar. Service-account OAuth with domain-wide delegation queries real free/busy availability; a seasonal working-hours model (tax season versus summer) sets buffers and 15-minute slots; RSVPs sync both ways on a polling batch; and a real-time analytics dashboard drills down by rep, type, and status.

JWT service-account OAuth · free/busy API · live KPI dashboard

  • Integration

    Mail Tracking Suite

Outbound fax through SRFax with scheduled status polling, plus USPS package tracking over OAuth, batched to respect rate limits and synced back to mail-log records.

SRFax · USPS OAuth tracking · rate-limit-aware batching

  • Data Engine

    Sales Tax Rate Engine

Roughly 41,000 ZIP-level tax rates, effective-dated across state, county, city, and special districts, with as-of-date lookups for historical-period filings and a fallback to the earliest known rate. A monthly import pipeline computes deltas and closes or inserts rate records cleanly instead of wiping the table.

    ~41,000 effective-dated rates · delta-based monthly import

  • Data Architecture

    Multi-State Filing Schedules

Models per-account, per-state filing cadence as first-class schedule records, so one client can file one state monthly and another quarterly at the same time, which the old single-field design could not do. Frequency changes mutate in place, preserving every child record, file, and audit trail instead of delete-and-respawn.

    First-class schedule records · mutate-in-place migrations

  • Systems Engineering

    Race-Condition-Hardened Payment Gate

Three independent safety nets handle every ordering of close-deal, apply-payment, and spawn-services, so work can never be delivered against an unpaid invoice, and gates auto-release the moment a verified payment posts. Gated on verified invoice records, never assumptions: a deliberate correctness-over-convenience design.

Three-net concurrency design · gates on verified invoices

  • Lifecycle Automation

    Off-boarding & Termination Lifecycle

Reads per-service closure decisions (close, client assumes, transfer firm) and spawns the right off-boarding records, splitting by closure type when a client's services end differently. It caps recurring schedules at the correct final period and still generates the final owed month.

    Decision-driven record spawning · final-period capping

  • Lifecycle Automation

    Onboarding Intro-Email Automation

Auto-sends branded welcome emails on every new engagement, with the right attachments per service (for example W-4 and I-9 for payroll), plus a manual override modal and full audit trails.

Per-service attachments · manual override · audit trail

  • AI Integration

    Books-Chat AI Bridge

A bridge that lets staff chat with an AI assistant directly inside Salesforce account pages, which then performs live bookkeeping in QuickBooks Desktop, connecting cloud CRM, an AI copilot, and on-premise accounting behind layered security controls.

Salesforce to AI copilot to QuickBooks Desktop, securely bridged

04Our rule

No paid add-ons. You own what we build.

Billing and quoting add-ons carry monthly licences per user and a steep learning curve. We build the same function directly in your org. You pay once, it does exactly what your business does, and there is no subscription to a vendor underneath it.

05For admins and architects

The technical detail

Everything below is something we have built and run in production. A plain-English note sits under each group.

  • Apex

    • Batch
    • Queueable
    • Schedulable
    • Trigger framework (one handler per object)
    • Service-layer classes
    • Test classes at 90%+

Business logic lives in code you can read, test, and version, not scattered across click-built automation. Flow is used where an admin should be able to change a rule without a developer.

  • Integration

    • REST and SOAP callouts
    • Inbound webhooks
    • Named Credentials
    • JWT service-account OAuth
    • Platform Events
    • Change Data Capture

Salesforce talks to payment processors, e-signature, calendars, mail, and accounting without anyone re-keying data. Secrets stay in Named Credentials, never in code.

  • Interface

    • Lightning Web Components
    • LWC dashboards
    • Visualforce PDFs
    • Lightning data service
    • Imperative and wired Apex

Screens your staff actually want to use, and documents (invoices, agreements) that come out looking right the first time.

  • Configuration and security

    • Custom Metadata Types
    • Permission sets
    • Sharing rules
    • Validation rules
    • Audit trail

Rates, rules, and switches live in configuration an admin can change safely. Access follows job roles.

  • Payments

    • Accept Blue
    • MagicPay
    • Stripe
    • Square
    • Paytram
    • Card
    • ACH
    • Saved payment methods
    • Failed-payment retry

We integrate any processor with an API. If a different one fits you better, we say so and migrate you.

  • Delivery

    • Salesforce DX
    • Source-driven development
    • Scripted CI deploys
    • Sandbox to production
    • Documented handoff

Changes are versioned, tested, and deployed the same way every time, and handed over documented so nobody is locked in.
