Who We Are
We are two people who administer a large, complex Salesforce org every single day, inside a real enterprise. Not a deck we studied, not a cert we framed and moved on from. The actual day to day of running an org with real users, real data, and real money flowing through it.
We build in code. We write Apex, we design the data model, and we use the native flows and out of the box features only where they genuinely fit. That means the org we hand you is not boxed in by Salesforce's defaults. It does what your business actually needs it to do.
In that one org we have connected the entire agreement lifecycle to billing and service tracking, built a fully automated job tracking system with dashboards managers actually read, automated W9 collection and dozens of email workflows, and migrated thousands of records cleanly, including Salesforce to Salesforce when the data model changed.
Why We Do It This Way
That org's Salesforce project started with an outside firm. They charged a fortune and delivered almost nothing usable. We ended up learning it ourselves, in the deep end, and rebuilding it properly, in code, the way it should have been done the first time.
That experience set our rule: we never pitch or promise something we are not confident we can deliver. We would rather tell you no, or point you elsewhere, than take your money and leave you with what we were left with.

We build in Apex and lean on the out of the box features only when they are genuinely the right tool. So your org works the way your business works, instead of bending your business to fit Salesforce's defaults.
We Never Pitch What We Can't Deliver
We have been on the other side of a firm that took a fortune and delivered nothing. So we say no to work we are not sure we can do well, and we scope honestly. If we tell you we can build it, we can build it.
